Infinity Personal Training is expanding, and we’re looking for a high-performing, people-first leader to run the show at our North Auburn location .

This isn’t your average fitness job... We’re building a space where adults 40+ can lose fat, build strength, and feel confident again through smart training, real accountability, and a tight-knit community.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Studio Manager , you’ll:

• Lead a small team of expert fitness coaches
• Drive client retention, culture, and results
• Manage daily operations, scheduling, and facility standards
• Deliver an exceptional member experience every day
• Own the growth and performance of your location

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience managing a fitness studio or gym (small group/personal training preferred)
• Strong leadership and team-building ability
• Confidence handling client interactions and internal ops
• A passion for helping others change their lives
• Availability for early mornings and evenings

💵 Compensation & Benefits: $64,000 annual salary
