Overview:

We are seeking a committed and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Westland, Michigan . This position plays a critical role in supporting students with communication challenges, helping them succeed both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students (individual and group)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Michigan SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
• Prior school-based experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
