About the Role
Our client, a well-established and professional organization in Irvine is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join their team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• 
  Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
• 
  Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• 
  Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• 
  Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
• 
  Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning
• 
  Support various departments with clerical duties as needed
• 
  Maintain office supplies and notify the appropriate team when inventory is low
  

Qualifications

• 
  High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or administrative training preferred
• 
  1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience
• 
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 
  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• 
  Professional appearance and demeanor
• 
  Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a calm, positive attitude
