A growing property management company is seeking a Property Manager in the greater Montpelier, VT area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, supervise, and schedule on-site staff
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Manage budgets, contracts, and invoices
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies
• Oversee lease administration and rent collection
• Maintain clean, safe, and appealing properties
• Respond to emergencies and incidents
• Communicate with residents, vendors, and staff
• Prepare performance reports and maintain documentation

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of property experience
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
