Job Summary

The Onsite Staffing Recruiter will be responsible for the recruitment, management, and integration of temporary workforce solutions within the manufacturing facility. This role demands exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to foster a collaborative environment and optimize staffing practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the onsite staffing team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.

- Collaborate closely with the manufacturing facility’s management team to understand workforce needs and optimize staff allocation.

- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of temporary staff.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and labor laws.

- Monitor and report on staffing metrics, addressing any issues with proactive solutions.

- Develop strong relationships with both clients and temporary employees to foster a positive work environment.

- Conduct regular safety and performance training sessions for all temporary staff.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and staffing management software.

- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and safety standards is a plus.
