Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a General Manager at JETSET Pilates® between two studios, Aventura and Wellington, Fl. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, including managing staff, scheduling, and ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for clients. They will also be responsible for financial management, marketing initiatives, driving business growth, and customer service.

General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with leadership to oversee day-to-day operations and implement company-wide strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold the JETSET Pilates experience standards.
• Analyze key performance indicators such as sales, utilization, retention, expenses, and payroll.
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive client acquisition and surpass studio goals.
• Respond promptly and positively to client inquiries, issues, and concerns.
• Build relationships with local health, fitness, and wellness communities, as well as influencers and potential corporate partners.
• Manage class and staff schedules effectively and maintain inventory as needed.
• Organize team meetings and social events to foster a positive studio culture.

Qualifications:

• Preferably experience managing a fitness or wellness facility.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on business growth.
• Familiarity with Pilates and fitness industry trends.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Customer service-oriented approach.
• Experience in marketing and sales is advantageous.
• Willingness to attend and complete certification at the JETSET Pilates training academy.
• Willingness to teach 8-10 classes weekly and be present for a minimum of 20 classes per week in the studio.
• Passionate about health and wellness
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in financial management and budgeting
