Barista/Guest Services Representative

Pay: $15 hr plus tips

Position: Barista/ Front desk

Qualifications: 

• Specialty coffee/tea lover with a desire to learn more.
• Solution oriented/ able to problem solve. 
• Maintaining a positive attitude while focusing on the good
• Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills
• Motivated to achieve results. 
• Able to multitask with efficiency and urgency.
• Reliable transportation, punctual for all shifts and meetings
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand on your feet for multiple hours in a row.
• Comfortable with wearing a headset for drive-thru 
• Sense of urgency when preforming task 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create specialty coffee beverages to company standards.
• Provide an excellent customer service experience.
• Able to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Preforms opening or closing task based on business needs and to company standard.
• Maintain a clean and tidy store environment. 
• Continual learning about specialty coffee and tea. 
• Shares coffee knowledge with customers in a way that encourages an approachable conversation about specialty coffee. 
• Maintain positive and professional environment. 
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints while on shift.
• Ensures proper cash management .

Front Desk 

• Willing to cross-train and learn front desk duties.
• Help with guest checking in or other needs they will have during their stay. 
• The front desk will be apart of the coffee desk as well (separate computers)
• Answering phone calls 
• Being able to communicate with housekeeping or maintenance if guest need help (extra towels, etc.)

Compensation details: 15-15 Yearly Salary
