Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed residential construction documents and plans using AutoCAD Architecture, Revit, and other drafting software.
• Collaborate with the creative director, and the quality control team to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
• Interpret and incorporate design concepts, building codes, and regulations into technical drawings.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary data and measurements for drafting.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and revisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certificate, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture [Revit welcomed but not required]
• Understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
